Hi, my beloved readers!
There's one thing I haven't done yet, and that's what I'm going to post today: it's a chapter review! Since the last chapter was released not so long ago, it is a great opporunity.
I'll start!

The chapter continues with a flashback that was left unfinished in the previous chapter. We can see how Jeanne kept her promise and went to see Chloé, although it wasn't how they expected to meet
eac
h other after that many years. She asked to be killed. Then, she retreated when she heard no answer to her request from Jeanne, leading her body towards Gévaudain's cliff, and finally falling off the edge. It was saddening to see how distressed Jeanne looked, since she had really looked forward to meeting her!
We could see how the malnomen tried to fool her at that time, but we discovered that she was the one who used Naenia in order to erase it! It wanted her to erase Gévaudain in a blink of an eye with a strange machine, that could alterate the world's formula, she owned (by the way, Jun Mochizuki did a great job drawing it!). It tuned out she used the device to materialize the malnomen Naenia, thus making the protagonists be able to attack it. She explained that she would never be able to destroy the people who inhabited there, swearing it for her family's name (the d'Apichiers).
However, she explained that she would take revenge for having her friend Jean Jacques twisted around its fingers. She described herself as a "terribly jealous woman."
There was even a scene where we could see a shocked Vanitas when he heard that he had to look through rows and rows of books if he wanted to find his stolen book!

Noo Vanitas, don't be rude to Noé! |
It's time for me to leave. I hope you don't get your name defiled!

Since he hasn't (almost) appeared
on this chapter, I'll post a drawing of Noé.
Credits to the original artist!
